Ashtanga Led

A yoga class that leads you through the warmups and fundamental postures of the Ashtanga sequences. This class is a fun opportunity to explore more challenging poses from any of the first 3 Ashtanga sequences established by Sri Pattabhi Jois. Come on in to learn more about the Ashtanga practice as it is broken down and led in an effort to help you understand your practice better! Mixed levels.
