Class Description

Candlelight Flow

A cross between Ashtanga and Iyengar, where we'll center ourselves, and make ourselves present in the room, followed by flowing through sun salutations, connecting breath with movement. Then we'll look at some individual poses and hold them, finding stillness, and we'll end with some cooling postures and a meditative, relaxing savasana (corpse pose.) All Levels.
