Yoga Class

This class warms you up with a series of Sun Salutations, and continues to build strength and balance through mostly standing postures. This style of class synchronizes breath with movement to create internal heat, thereby purifying the body while calming the mind. It also increases endurance and will test the edge of your balance and flexibility. This style of class is appropriate if you are already physically active, comfortable with the basic yoga postures, and appreciate a healthy sweat. All Levels.
