A hatha class focused on finding alignment between mind, heart, and body, and connecting to inner peace. Class uses active yoga in the form of strong hatha, therapeutics, flow, and restorative to create a well-rounded, ever-changing and expanding sequence. Focus on alignment builds strength in the healthiest way possible. Good for all levels. Good for active yogis and yoginis going through minor injuries. REGISTER:

Align & Flow

This slow flow style class is led with strategic alignment guidance while giving students the space to move, explore, and build strength through Sun Salutations and linked standing pose sequences. Level 2. REGISTER:

Ashtanga Led Primary

Ashtanga Led Primary is a led, flowing practice that includes vinyasas and connecting breath to movement, while balancing strength and flexibility in a fun, invigorating atmosphere. The Ashtanga Primary Series is a pre-established sequence developed by Pattabhi Jois. Basic understanding of yoga required. REGISTER:


Class will move through basic yoga postures giving Sanskrit names in an effort to introduce students to yoga terminology. This class is great for beginners, and for students who are familiar with yoga and want to take a closer look at alignment and breathing within poses they may have done many times before. Beginners are encouraged to take this class. REGISTER:

Hatha 1-2

Hatha 1-2 uses a sequence of basic postures that take you on a journey through the body. You will learn names, benefits, and alignment techniques for each pose. Each movement will follow a breath, giving students a point of focus to swiftly move through the practice. 1-2 = Beginner to Intermediate basic movement. REGISTER:

Hatha Therapeutics

This therapeutic style yoga class uses dynamic movement, thoughtful stretching, and concentrated breathing to complete a very safe and very stabilizing practice. Class is done entirely on the ground, which creates stability and good spinal alignment. This class works subtle muscles groups and addresses injuries and chronic tension. Do not be fooled! It will make you work, but it is a very accessible class. Great for beginners and all levels. REGISTER:

Meditation & Pranayama

This class utilizes the deeper aspects of the practice that our yoga classes simply touch upon. You will experience a multitude of meditation techniques and breathing exercises meant to assist you in simply sitting still! REGISTER:

Release & Restore

This class is a combination of gentle styles of yoga offered with the intention of letting go of a long week while simultaneously rejuvenating in preparation for the weekend. Release & Restore mixes Gentle Yoga (grounding, accessible, simple poses), Yin Yoga (deep passive stretching), and Restorative Yoga (passive yoga poses with prop support) to accomplish the goal of releasing and restoring our bodies and minds. Vinyasa Flow

This class is based on intentional movement and graceful flow sequences. Be prepared to work, but don’t be daunted: all people at any level are welcome. Each class is themed based on a body part, pose, or sequence. Breath work and spirituality will be involved in the class, but a majority of the practice will be centered on the physical body. Yoga Class

This class warms you up with a series of Sun Salutations, and continues to build strength and balance through mostly standing postures. This style of class synchronizes breath with movement to create internal heat, thereby purifying the body while calming the mind. It also increases endurance and will test the edge of your balance and flexibility. This style of class is appropriate if you are already physically active, comfortable with the basic yoga postures, and appreciate a healthy sweat. All Levels. REGISTER:

Yoga Private

This is your yoga happy hour! Get a great rate for a one-on-one yoga session. Yoga is an individual practice, different for every body. Private lessons are an ideal way to get into your own practice or alter your existing practice to suit your needs. Do your wrists always hurt in Chaturanga? Do you have tension in your low back?
