The Ashtanga Primary Series is a pre-established sequence developed by Pattabhi Jois. Basic understanding of yoga required.
New students are taught individually small amounts of a set sequence (Ashtanga Primary Series) that increases over time, depending on how frequently the student attends the class and the capacity of the student (based on strength, flexibility, focus, and stamina).
