Yoga is one of my favorite things in the whole world. I’m completely passionate about this practice and its ability to totally transform the way I see things and the magical power that flows from simply showing up to breathe and move and play. I am thrilled and honored to be a Certified yogaHOUR instructor and I’m super excited to be teaching yogaHOUR at Siesta.

As a perpetual student and a dedicated explorer of inner space, my curiosity about yoga and human embodiment has lead me to study Integral Anatomy with Gil Hedley and BodyMind Centering with Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen and Chloe Chung Misner. There is such a vast and fascinating world to explore when we turn inside. I’m immeasurably grateful to my teacher Darren Rhodes for his example, his lineage and his contribution to this path, as well as to my many other teachers on this journey, including Tiffany Fraser and Noah Mazé, my family, and to my students who continue teach me so much about life and love every day. My mission as a teacher is to offer a fun, accessible, difficult and do-able experience so that my students can listen, play, breathe and possibly catch a glimpse of that incredible universe that is available to explore when we turn inside and breathe.

I live in the Hollywood Hills with my husband and my furry friends and when I’m not teaching yoga I’m most likely sitting in front of a computer arranging pictures and type, trying to remember to breath and stop slouching. I swear that yoga saves my life on a daily basis.
