Class Description

How do you, in this very busy world, give yourself space to find a quiet mind? In this class we will practice three different yoga modalities that will serve you in dropping out of your mind and into your body. Breath work, Asana and Meditation are the three elements that we will play with. These three areas of yoga lead the individual to a greater sense of well-being and strength in body, mind and spirit. Use this class to refresh or begin working with these modalities in your daily practice for happiness and deep connection to self and others. Basic knowledge of yoga suggested.
