In this class be expected to sweat and move with breath and mindfulness. Join us in a cleverly produced yoga asana practice. You will receive an all around invigorating practice with a curated theme or “peak” posture in mind and at heart. This practice is insightfully designed to weave in necessary components that will help you move deeper into the appointed peak posture or theme. All Levels.
