A hatha class focused on finding alignment between mind, heart, and body, and connecting to inner peace. Class uses active yoga in the form of strong hatha, therapeutics, flow, and restorative to create a well-rounded, ever-changing and expanding sequence. Focus on alignment builds strength in the healthiest way possible. Good for all levels. Good for active yogis and yoginis going through minor injuries.
