Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan® is considered the most transformative of all yoga traditions because it combines physical exercise with breathwork, meditation and mantra. This ancient system of yoga works on your muscular, glandular and nervous systems, leaving you with increased flexibility, energy, strength and a sense of well-being. You will notice steady, sustainable progress in your healing and personal growth. Each class consists of a tune in, a warmup, breath exercises, physical movement, a meditation, and a relaxation period where the effects of the exercises can be integrated. The physical and mental discipline experienced in class will cultivate a flexible and strong mind, making you radiant, peaceful and confident so you can meet life’s challenges and stresses with grace and ease.
