Summer New Moon Modular Sound Bath IN PERSON!

July 26 at 7:00pm

Modular Sound Bath
Summer New Moon
Tuesday, July 26, 7-8:15pm PST

In the midst of this expansive season, we receive brief periods of downtime: Moments when we get to pause and ponder; reassess and reset. The new moon is one of those times. This modular synth and crystal bowl sound bath will use tones from the Solar Plexus, Heart and Third Eye Chakras to access the celebratory nature of the season, the challenges our hearts have been facing, and a vision for the future. Each of these topics has the potential to nurture us, settle us, and open us up to the subtle inner expansion that we call energy, or prana.
Please join us for meditation, contemplation, mindful breathing, intention-setting, and a vibrational shift into the subconscious!

Event Includes:
• Breathwork for Soothing
• Chakra Work with Solar Plexus, Heart and Third Eye centers
• Guided Meditation for Centering
• New Moon-inspired Chakra Sound Journey with Modular Synth and Crystal Singing Bowls

Your Setup:
We suggest that you bring a yoga mat, blanket(s) and pillow(s) to be comfortable laying down. Chairs will be made available upon request. Eye pillows, crystals, and a friend would be wonderful too!

Modular Sound Bath (Christian and Brandee) is a duo interested in raising vibrations via direct tonal healing. Their sound baths stimulate the 7 chakras, bringing participants into a more balanced and aware state of being. The steadiness of their crystal singing bowls pairs beautifully with the varied arrangements available with Modular Synthesis, sometimes melding the frequencies seamlessly, and sometimes adding some texture to the relaxing hum of the bowls. This approach to sound gives participants an opportunity to travel, to take a journey through their minds. The responses vary greatly: "It felt like I was traveling through space;" "I was flooded with memories from childhood;" "It felt like an acid trip, but safe;" "This is the first time I've been able to truly meditate."

Location is in Atwater Village. Please see event link for venue.
