*YAM Chant to stimulate the Heart Chakra
Christian and Brandee take you on a sound journey using Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls and Modular Synthesis that will balance Anahata Chakra and establish connection between us and the air that enlivens, embodies, and surrounds us. Let us take a journey into the nourishing and vast, yet unseen world of air / wind and feel it's power; acknowledge it's role in our lives and tap into it with pleasure.
A sound bath is used as a healing technique, using the vibrations from sound to "communicate" with the vibrations of each individual's body and mind to shake out discomfort and tension.
