March 20 at 8:00pm
Spring Begins with a Full Moon
WEDNESDAY, March 20
Christian and Brandee take you on a sound journey using Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls and Modular Synthesis that will present a new perspective. As will clear out the muck and cleanse our mind-body connection, we will have a clearer vision of how to proceed in the world. With Root and Sacral Chakras at the center of our focus, we will feel grounded, at home within, joyful, and creative. Let's start Spring with clarity!
A sound bath is used as a healing technique, using the vibrations from sound to "communicate" with the vibrations of each individual's body and mind to shake out discomfort and tension.
PLEASE NOTE: This sound bath takes place on a WEDNESDAY!
