The Body in Words: A Yoga & Journaling Workshop

Our bodies are documents; our bodies hold stories. This 2-hour workshop is designed to use our bodies as tools for connecting to our minds, deepening our practice by playing with self-inquiry. This is yoga for writers and writing for yogis. Bring something to write on, something to write with, and an open heart.
Shawna will guide us through writing exercises while Rich will offer mindful yoga movement to inspire the mind.
