In this class we’ll get out all the props and practice with the aim of resetting and rebooting the nervous system in order to reduce stress, settle in and shift our state to prepare for sleep. Mackie will offer some great exercises that you can do at home to help shift into a calm relaxed state of mind and body to prepare for a good night’s sleep.
